WELLLL HELLLLLO :)
Everything here is in full bloom. I thought I would be disappointed by a Vegas spring....but it's not too bad!
This week has been kind of a down-er so I am going to tell y'all alllllllll the miracles instead of the disappointment(s) :)
Monday Miracles:
Met with the couple having a baby girl . The wife committed to be baptized on March 15th :) The spirit in the lesson was so strong :) they have already come to church a bunch! I love sharing the message of the Restoration.
Pulled some great music off the Church website! Love the stuff they have for youth. Sister P and I have been jamming out all week!
Taught
a great tithing and fasting lesson to the couple that has the cutest
little girl. They are so great!!!!
Tuesday Miracles:
Got to have a lesson with our recent convert that lives with roommates. He is ALREADY IN THE BOOK OF MOSIAH!!!!! He is such a rock! He comes to church every Sunday :) He received the Aaronic Priesthood on Sunday!
Finally had a lesson with the lady that was found through Gladys Knight. The Spirit was there and Sister Jones helped us resolve a lot of her concerns.
We taught the Plan of Salvation to the
couple having a baby girl. We followed up with
her to see if she had prayed to know if Joesph Smith was called to be a
Prophet and if she had read the Book of Mormon. SHE HAD A DREAM ABOUT THE BOOK OF MORMON WHERE SOMEONE TOLD HER TO KEEP READING IT!!!! :) :) :
Wednesday Miracles:
We got to read some of the Book of Mormon with the
couple that has the cutest little girl. It was special to see how much the boyfriend is ready
and willing to act on his faith. It is growing everyday.
At correlation meeting we arranged to have a big Family Home Evening with some investigators and less active members. It is going to be so great :)
Thursday Miracles:
DISTRICT MEETING AND WEEKLY PLANNING IN ONE DAY!!! DOES IT GET BETTER THAN THAT?!?!?! I propose that it does not!
Friday Miracles:
Went to Sister's Conference and sang in the Choir! Got
to see all my old comps! It was very uplifting. I learned so much about
daily consecration not just as a missionary but for the rest of my
life.
Had our first lesson with the Golden referral. They want to come to church and get involved!
We were able to see another
investigator as well. She was preparing for baptism but now
wants to hold off a little bit. Benefit of this MORE MEMBER PRESENT LESSONS :)
Saturday Miracles:
We have such awesome members in Quail Ridge. They feed us the best food! they give us the best advice and they love missionary work!

from?
Lots from Arizona...my mission is mostly people from the USA...all over the country

Our window got a bad chip this week. We got it fixed and we were given a bottle of glass cleaner for free :)
How are y'all doing?
How is the weather back east? This weeks forecast in Vegas is mid 70's all week long...I'M LOVIN' IT!!!!
We received a golden referral! This lady called the Temple...probably because no one picks up at the church buildings during the week...she and her granddaughters want to take the lessons! Score!!! What a huge miracle!!!!
Sunday Miracles:
That
awkward moment when you think it is going to be a terrible testimony
meeting and then someone gets up and hits it out of the park :) Yep...that happened.
Made it through the fast...that was a miracle! So grateful for Heavenly Father and the love and strength I receive from him :)
Well...that has been my week of march madness miracles :)

GO
OUT AND DO MISSIONARY WORK WITH THE MISSIONARIES!!!! Biggest regret!
Not that they ever asked me...but really wish I would have offered!
What do the people in Las Vegas love to hear about?
Well it depends on who you talk to! The members love to hear about all the miracles we are seeing in the area :)
