Another week of Awesome!

ALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHA!!!

This has been a mission awesome week! Very rewarding :)  Here is what happened:

monday.

we went and shared a message with the harlow family. i am so glad that we have gotten to know this family. they are wonderful! sister harlow is the bomb at sharing the gospel! she has two ladies she has been fellow-shipping. one at the gym and one at the gas station. she invited both to the relief society activity. she is a great example to me. THEN WE HAD A TOTALLY AWESOME FHE!!!!! it was at the morris home with the bybee's, dustin & maddie, the richters, matt, the ballards, and the browns!!! we had a wonderful spiritual message about the angels among us and then we played a drawing game that was like telephone. afterwards sister morris served ice cream sundaes!

tuesday.

we went over and read some of the BOM with ashley :) she is progressing so well! they are going to go do baptisms at the temple soon! yippy! later that day we had an incredible experience. we were contacting people on the street in an apartment complex and we stopped a guy walking a little dog. we told him that we were representatives of Jesus Christ and he said..."for what church?" we told him which church and he said "i got baptized in the church two years ago!" WOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was so cool! we could see that the Lord led us directly to him...it was awesome. we also had the ward relief society party. there was a potato bar and it was wonder woman themed! 

wednesday.

we are still teaching dustin and maddie. one of dustin's concerns came up. he is not sure if he believes that God would appear to man. therefore he is not sure about joseph smith. we have been gearing our lessons since them towards that and how he can find his own answer. also we had a great miracle!!! a member out of the blue bought us a blender and an iron!!! it was amazing. that is exactly what we needed!

thursday.
We taught Dustin and Maddie again :) And once again it was an amazing lesson! We than talked to Clara Brown and read the book of mormon with her. She is a really nice lady! She is soo cute :) We also had dinner at the Johnsons and that was CRAZY!!!!!! i just love kids so much! we taught a lesson with them.

friday. 

We had a Zone Training! It was really awesome! I learned a lot from it. It was a spiritual boost and I really hope to apply what I learned. Like to be more Humble! :) We then got to go to the Elder's Quorum Barbecue and it was delicious! I have not had a hamburger that was homemade in a long time!!! We also had a awesome lesson with the Richters :) We are teaching Anthony who is 7 so that way he can be ready to be baptized when he turns 8 next month :)

saturday.
Was another busy day. We had a lesson with Dustin and Maddie. He and Maddie are going to get married next month AND Dustin will be baptized April 26th!!!!!!!! :) We are really excited for him and this decision that he is making.

sunday.
 Today was also awesome :) We had really good lessons at church. We learned about the Creation in Gospel Principles and then Brother Kingsley came and talked to the whole ward about missionary work. He is on the High Council for missionary work. :) He is also Sister P's doctor for her cough. Hopefully it will go away soon. she calls it her annoying cough Hahaha :) We then finished all of our studies and then went to the broadcast of the Women's general conference! :) It was really awesome!! And so spiritual! I almost cried when the little girls all sang together. The spirit was so strong :) I loved Elder Erying's talk. He was so insightful on Eve the mother of all. It was great!

Any changes with the transfers on Tuesday?

nope! I get to stay in the little cottage with sis p and be in the amazing ward another transfer.

How many new missionaries are coming in?  How many have finished their mission assignments and are going home?

last transfer was 13 new sisters...this transfer is 4. it varies. right now it is mostly elders going home!

What are your favorite things to do on pday?

i love seeing the emails from my family and friends. i especially love pictures :)
