This is the life :)

Well...I would just like you all to know that being a missionary is "the life." 

It is swell.

It is super awesome.

And it is incredibly rewarding.

This week I went on exchanges with a missionary that goes home next week! She said it is crazy how fast it goes! It was so cool to be with someone that is so close to the end. She told me about how much she has changed. She said that the hardest thing for her now is to just try to be a little better everyday. Don't we all feel that way? :)

CLAUDIO WAS BAPTIZED ON SATURDAY!!!! 

It was incredible!!! He bore his testimony after the baptism and he talked about how he came to know that these things are true! He was so happy and he could not stop smiling! Sadly, his dad did not show up...but we had dinner with them afterwards and we got to talk to him a lot. And here is the best part.....!!!!! :) :) :) !!!!!!.........when Brandon gave him the Holy Ghost he promised him that Claudio would be the reason why his dad would join the church!!!!! :) yay!!!! What a blessing :) So much joy!

This week we also made origami as a district! Elder Ledezma is super creative and he loves to show us how to do arts and crafts!!!! It was really really fun! Pictures to come :) Today we are also having Thanksgiving lunch with the Cutlers!!!! I love them so much! They do tons for the missionaries :) I will take pictures!

In my personal study I have been reading the conference Ensign that finally came. I love the words of the prophet! His talk is so amazing. I have also really enjoyed the talks from priesthood session :) there is one about missionary work that is divine...and President Eyring's talk called "Bind up their wounds" is good too!

TODAY IS MY SISSY's 18th BIRTHDAY!!! I cannot believe that she has been such a blessing to my life for 18 whole years!!!!! I miss her more than words can describe!!!!! She has always been my best friend. She is super incredible and one day she will be an outstanding missionary who touches hundreds of hearts!!!!!! I LOVE YOU ASHLEY JANE!!!! aka miss hudgepudge :)

Well...we find out about transfers this Saturday...will I stay for a 5th transfer or will I go? I have no clue....but I really want to stay. I love it here and I love the people so so so so much!

 We ate at "Lindo Michoacan" after the baptism :) it apparently has really good reviews :) it was super tasty! and Claudio was serenaded by mexican singers!!! it was so cute!!!

  

 Elder Loo's birthday was yesterday! He got a huge cake!!! and he got all of it put in his face!!! hahaha

 Elder Loo sleeps in his church clothes so all of his shirts have holes in the sleeves....sad. his companion decided to turn his shirt into a short-sleeve one :)

my first pomegranate....not worth all the work to get the fruit out...i felt like a monkey.
