Letter home-Met an apostle and district reunion
Dearest Family,
WELL HELLO! HOW2IT? HOLA! COMOESTA!?
I miss you all very much and I pray for you each individually every day. I love you all:)
I am so glad that we are a forever family. May we all strive to be our bests so we may live together forever! YAY!
Guess who I shook hands with yesterday? ELDER NEIL A. ANDERSON! He gave an amazing message to all the missionaries in the Las Vegas and the Las Vegas West missions. The Spirit in the meeting was so divine:) He challenged us to always be thinking we can have a lasting conversion. He asked us to think of the things that we really believe and act on these things. He also counseled the mission presidents to have the missionaries stay in the wards longer like 6 or 8 months:) YES! I could stay in El Rancho forever!
I also got to see Bex and Kayla! It was so sweet to see them!
I Love You All!

(Mom note: This letter arrived on Justine's 1/4 mission mark! She is also going to the temple today and will see Sister Fursetenau. What a great day to go to the temple and see a family sealed for all eternity.)
(Mom note: Justine's last companion and trainer, Sister Furstenau has a blog also. This excerpt was posted on Sept. 9, 2013. It was absolutely wonderful to read her trainer"s thoughts about how well Justine is doing and the joy they find in seeing each other and their district:)
"But last night I WAS SO HAPPY!!!! So we have these "Why I Believe" firesides. They are for the whole mission and we can bring our investigators to them. So last night was the one is Spanish. And Cesar was going to come but then he ended up having to work later than he thought so he couldn't :( BUT BUT BUT!!!!! Sister Tucker was there!!! And so was Victor (an investigator from North) and so was Hna Gomez!!!!! And then so was all of the Elders in my district from up there!!! YAYYY!!! It was SO SO SOOOO exciting! I felt like I hadn't seen any of them in YEARS! But it had only been a week : ) hahahahaha Sister Tucker is doing SO GREAT!!!!! She is having so much success!! They set Maria for baptism!!! (YAYYYY!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO THAT!) and they have had so many lessons and so many people are progressing this week and her Spanish is AWESOME!! It was SO exciting! I walked into the chapel and my whole district was standing by the door and they were all like "SISTER FURSTENAU!!" GAHHH! I LOVE THEM ALL! And then Elder Marquez showed up (he got a week extension on his mission) so he's already seen his parents and everything but he's staying until Wednesday. And then it was just a district reunion!!! : ) SO AWESOME!!!"
My old district made t-shirts :)
