HAPPY ALOHA FRIDAY!!!!

Fridays have become my favorite days ever. I get to go to the Provo Temple (which of course is beautiful inside) and I get to email all of you :) :) :)

Now I will give you my list of miracles since I entered the MTC:

May 1: I was able to smoothly transition to MTC life...and I love it...DID I SAY I LOVE IT?!?!?

May 2: I have the best companion ever. Hermana Young is from South Weber, Utah and she has three brothers. Two older (which makes a mission pro) and one younger. Her mother sends her goodies all the time and she shares with me... :) She is also an awesome dancer and she has such a strong testimony. She reminds me a lot of Bethani....mainly because she was raised with all boys and a mom.

May 3: I went to the Provo Temple for the first time. I feel bad for ever thinking it was ugly because the inside is beautiful and huge!!!! It was awesome :)

May 4: It is a miracle to me that the MTC food is delish!!! They have so much variety!!! You can eat a sack meal or a hot meal and both are so good! They also have a killer wrap and salad bar. ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!! THEY HAVE HUGE STRAWBERRIES!!!!!!!! Yum! Don't get me wrong...i miss homemade cookin...but i can totally live with this for 6 weeks.

May 5: CINCO DE MAYO!!! Today was my first Sunday here and my first fast Sunday here! Sundays here are awesome. You get to go to devotionals, walk to the temple, and just enjoy the Spirit.

May 6: Today me and my companion started reading the Book of Mormon in Spanish. It is not easy but we have been challenged and promised that if we read it out loud to each other and point to every word then by the time we finish it, we will be fluent in the gospel in Spanish.

May 7: I have the most awesome district ever!!! We have become like a family. I am so excited for everyday because we grow and learn together. Our Spanish is getting better and we have taught 3 investigator lessons so far :)

May 8: I have made it a whole week!!!!! :) :) :) In the words of Gavin: I have accomplished being brave. I also got to see all the new missionaries this week. I am no longer an MTC baby. We also got a new district in our zone. They are pretty awesome!!!!

May 9: I have really awesome MTC teachers. Hermano Galvez, Hermana Fors, Hermana Powell, Hermana Kitto, and Hermana Thomas. They have taught us so much. Every lesson that they teach invites the spirit. It is the best :)

May 10: I learned that having perfect obedience is the way that I can receive blessings. 

Sooooo... there you have it. a miracle for everyday at the MTC so far. I am bummed that my pictures won't attach. i promise i will send them next week. I love you all :)
