Has it really been two weeks?!?!

Dear Family and Friends,

Wow time flies here! I feel like I got to Vegas just yesterday. 

 I love it here and I am doing super well. (yes...I still have my eagle powers...no worries:))

Well I have some super exciting news...my first investigator is getting BAPTIZED NEXT MONTH!!! He is such a great man and his family is amazing. It is so neat to hear their story and see how the Lord was and is perfectly preparing them. They are such an example of faith to me. The family is from Cuba (ps...Cuba Spanish practically is not Spanish...it is very hard to understand...but the Lord provides). Carlos is the father who is getting baptized and the rest of the family are already members. I love them all :)

There are so many others here too that are ready to hear the gospel. The Lord's work is moving forward. I know that people in your own area are also ready. Be bold. Share with them the truths that you know. If you do this with love and charity for that person, God will guide you.

We went to In-N-Out after emailing last pday :) just thought you might be jealous.

The car sticker says 808 all day......which reminds me of Bethani WHO FINALLY GOT HER MISSON CALL!!!! She is goin' back to my roots...livin' that prairie life.

The district at CiCi's pizza (you all know what I want to call it right now!!!!)  I haven't been in a while. Just as gross as I remember it!

FINALLY A DECENT HOME COOKED MEAL!!!! Me and Sister Furstenau are very blessed to have a random waffle maker in our apartment...so you know what we did...WE MADE NUTELLA AND STRAWBERRY WAFFLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another day we made shrimp pasta.
